All elements of the Site including, but not limited to, the general design and the Content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to intellectual property rights. Except as explicitly permitted under this or another agreement with In2Sports Inc, no portion or element of the Site or its Content may be copied or retransmitted via any means and the Site, its Content and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of the relevant member of In2Sports Inc. unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Except as may be otherwise indicated in specific documents within the Site, you are authorized to view, play, print and download documents, audio and video found on the Site for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes only. Placing Orders

All orders must be placed on this website by providing a username and password. Also, all required information of the user must be filled out in full, and accurate. Non compliance of this will affect your order process. For order status please contact customer service and provide your order number.

Products & Order Adjustments

In2Sports Inc. products for club uniforms are only available on this site. In2Sports Inc. cannot guarantee products displayed on this site will be available at all times; availability and selection representing both bulk and add-on orders are subject to supply by manufacturer. Once an order has been confirmed by you, any adjustments required by the user will be subject to a $50 per order admin fee.

Sample Policy

Samples are available upon request via email. A credit card number is required to ensure return of all samples received. Samples may be picked up or shipped out; however a shipping fee will apply for delivery of samples. If samples are damaged, stolen, not in their original condition, and not returned by an agreed date; the credit card will automatically be charged.

Returns

Decorated items including club crest, player number and/or sponsor logos are non-refundable or exchangeable at no exception. Non-decorated items may be exchanged within 15 days and are subject to a re-stocking fee; 50% of item or order total. Your return must be in original condition, complete, and timely for us to process it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please do not attempt to return your merchandise that does not qualify for a return, as you will be responsible for shipping cost for items to be shipped back to you.

Defective products

In2Sports products are warranted only to customers against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material under normal use and maintenance. In2Sports reserves the right to inspect products alleged to be defective for evidence of misuse or abuse and determine whether a repair or replacement, if any, of the defective product is due.

Production time

Add-on orders (individual orders placed after finalized order is submitted) is subject to a 7-10 business day turnaround from delivery date of finalized bulk order.

Any add-on orders placed after the delivery date of finalized bulk orders are subject to a 5-7 business day turnaround for items that include only player # and club crest. Additional imprints such as sponsor logos are subject to a 7-10 business day turnaround upon approval of artwork.

*any requests above and beyond guidelines stated above are subject to minimal guarantee of product availability in both size and colour; therefore, In2Sports cannot guarantee desired completion of both bulk and add-on orders.

Pricing

All prices are based on quantity of items per order.

Bulk orders (per team) minimum 12 pieces

Add-on orders less than 12 pieces are priced on a per piece basis and are not subject to bulk order pricing

*in the event of the unavailability of a product as identified in this original agreement, both you and In2Sports can negotiate a price for a suitable substitute based on fair market value. Changes in the product will not necessarily create price reductions.

Artwork Requirement

The following electronic artwork files are accepted:

Illustrator .AI, EPS and PDF (only if generated from an EPS file)

The following charges apply:

Artwork: $50 per logo

Set-up Charge:

- 1 colour logo - $35 per logo

- full colour logo (2 or more colours) - $60.00 per logo

Imprint charge:

- 1 colour logo - $5 per location

- full colour logo (2 or more colours) - $7.00 per location

Copy of artwork will be emailed for approval before processing order. Order will be processed subsequent to approval.

Repeat orders: For identical imprint, no artwork charge will apply

* If artwork is sent in proper format and meets our requirements, artwork charge may be waived subsequent to approval by In2Sports.

Payment Schedule

All orders are placed and paid for on real time. Methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Delivery and Shipping Methods

Upon order completion, your order may be picked up at our retail location or shipped to you via Purolator selected as a shipping method on this website. Please note deliveries are subject to additional charges based on location and weight/dimension of package(s) being shipped.

Any order discrepancies must be reported to our customer service department (905-669-1005 ext.21) within 48 hours of delivery. Each matter will be addressed on an individual basis and may not be subject to immediate action.
